The Carson City District Court is part of the Judicial Branch of our State government as set forth by the Nevada State Constitution.  This court's purpose, procedures, and jurisdictions are set by statutory mandates of Nevada and local rules of court.  This jurisdiction encompasses all of Carson City.

Regular, Civil, Criminal, Probate, and Family courts sit in session Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., exclusive of legal holidays.
